We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened hair products cannot be returned. Please contact us with your order number to start a return.

Yes we do!

For UK orders (excluding Northern Ireland), delivery times depend on the shipping service you choose. Tracked 24 is estimated to arrive within 1-2 business days, and Tracked 48 is estimated within 2-3 working days. These times aren’t guaranteed, so please allow an extra 1 business day in case of unforeseen delays.

Orders placed are processed and dispatched the next working day.

For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
