We do not offer refunds except for damaged or faulty items. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products offered to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Muga Hair reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Muga Hair confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Your purchases are subject to our Return Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

We ship via Royal Mail only (Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 for UK). Orders placed before 3pm on a working day will be shipped that day, but delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We allow 1 extra day beyond estimated delivery time. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

All trademarks, logos, designs, images, and content on the site belong to Muga Hair, its affiliates, or licensors. Use is permitted only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
