Shipping Policy – Muga Hair

Order Processing
All Muga Hair ponytails are ready-made. Orders placed will be processed and shipped the next working day. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship all orders via Royal Mail only. For UK deliveries, we offer:

• Tracked 24 – estimated delivery within 1-2 working days

• Tracked 48 – estimated delivery within 2-3 working days

For EU deliveries, we offer: 

• Tracked International  - estimated delivery within 6 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We allow an extra 1 business day beyond the estimated delivery window to account for unforeseen delays.

For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Customs processing or local postal services may affect delivery times, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method chosen and the destination. Taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply for international orders, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can use this number to track your package via Royal Mail.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Muga Hair is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been handed over to Royal Mail.
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at hello@mugahair.com so we can resolve the issue.
